Who am I? An ordinary person. Mother, wife, daughter, sister, teacher, friend...

What do I do? I bring an ancestral indigenous healing technique to Europeans.

Where and how? Online, in Spanish and Czech. It's a guided meditation with native music. We connect with the Mamos (spiritual leaders) for guidance and consultations. In Italy Spain and Austria we have a group of collaborators who also offer Aganguashi sessions in English and Italian.

Why? Because I've tried it and it works. To improve people's mental health and reconnect us with our true selves.

The artisanal work of Kogi women is fundamental to maintaining balance on Mother Earth. My personal experience during my stay with the indigenous people in the Czech Republic.

Knitting, sewing, and crocheting create a profound connection between the women and Aluna, with Mother Earth, and with all beings in the infinite expanse of space. Through their daily work, the women purify their thoughts and maintain the balance of the world. Meeting the indigenous people was an amazing, indescribable connection. It feels very close to the heart. And that's how I felt the gazes and smiles of the small indigenous woman.

One day she came, sat beside me, and watched me sew a bag with a smile. She was sewing it in her traditional way (I used to be interested in the weaving and art of these women). After watching me for a while, she took my skeins of yarn and began winding cotton around her toe and up to her shoulder several times, creating an impressive warp. Her skill and speed amazed me. It was beautiful simply to watch her. I didn't understand how, so quickly and always smiling, she created a beautiful two-tone belt. She tossed the cotton so easily, sometimes without even looking, turning it over, tightening it, and so on. I just watched her with a smile on my face and a wonderful feeling in my heart, until she decided to place her creation in my hands. She silently gestured for me to do it now. I tried. I discovered that watching is one thing, and knowing how to weave is another.

Well, I won't go into detail about my learning here because it would be too long. I'll just say that we laughed a lot. Thanks to her patience, I can thank her sincerely, without words and with a smile, for this lesson. Now I know that she taught me how to weave the handle of the bag. For her traditional backpacks (mochila = backpack). Afterwards, she learned a few words in Czech and said to me with a smile, "Lenka, it will be a long, long time, backpack..."

Knitting and sewing the bag's handle are just a few of the things their kindness taught me. I will never forget my time with the indigenous people in 2022 and 2023, when I was part of the team for a long period. It will forever be etched in my heart. With love, I feel happy and grateful to have been able to do it and to have experienced it.
